"A few days ago in Washington D.C., across the street from the historic landmark eatery Ben's Chili bowl on U Street N.W., two Metro Transit Police snatch a homeless resident from his wheelchair and slam him face first Into the concrete. They then proceed to charge the man with Assault on a Police Officer in front of out raged neighbors who witnessed. Metro Police are a private police force who's enforceable powers are extended to DC, MD and VA. I wonder was this assault that occurred on city property billed to the District of Columbia tax payers or did metro pick up the ambulance and medical bill? In addition, who should be charged with assault?"
