[16:08:27]  Gracie Goldflake: Yesterday I asked for a sim restart for ghost avie and it was done in 1 minute.  The time before that when I asked for help, no one ever answered.  I got help in here by mentioning my issue.

[16:10:17]  Hermit Barber: Gracie: Sending a ticket for Sim Down gets a quick response. 15 minutes at worst. Given that a sim is down if it is unusable might suggest what more or less every ticket should read.
